NewJeans, a five-member K-pop girl group, performed their song “Right Now” on the Show! Music Core program on MBC on July 13, 2024. This performance was part of their promotional activities for their recent releases.”Right Now” is one of the songs from NewJeans’ latest single album, which was released on June 21, 2024, along with another song called “Supernatural”. 

This release followed their previous single album featuring “How Sweet” and “Bubble Gum” which came out on May 24, 2024. NewJeans has been actively promoting their music on various South Korean music shows and variety programs.  Their appearances on these shows, including Show! Music Core, are part of their strategy to engage with fans and showcase their performances.

Their single “How Sweet” achieved multiple wins on music shows, including Show Champion, Music Bank, and Show! Music Core in May and June 2024.It’s worth noting that NewJeans’ activities have been generating considerable interest in the K-pop industry.

Their announcements have even impacted the stock market, with Hybe Corporation (their parent company) seeing a significant increase in market capitalization following news of their upcoming releases and tour plans.
