KickFlip is a dynamic 7-member South Korean K-pop boy group under JYP Entertainment, recognized for their energetic performances and bold musical style. Formed through the SBS survival show LOUD, KickFlip officially debuted on January 20, 2025, with their mini album Flip it, Kick it!.
Group History
KickFlip was created via the 2021 reality competition program LOUD, co-produced by JYP Entertainment and P Nation. The group’s name is inspired by the skateboarding trick “kickflip,” symbolizing their ambition to break boundaries and deliver powerful performances.
The original lineup included Kyehoon, Amaru, Keiju, Donghyeon, and Yoon Min, but Yoon Min departed before debut. New members Donghwa, Juwang, and Minje joined, rounding out the final seven-member team. Their debut was postponed to January 2025 due to national mourning after a tragic plane crash, but they quickly captured attention with their pre-release single “Umm Great” before launching their first EP.
