Now, the team is looking for an experienced A&R professional — a true “sound connector” who understands artists, listens deeply to trends, and knows how to turn sound into emotion.

Main Responsibilities

  • Discover, evaluate, and select new music and demos.
  • Manage local and international writers, coordinating songwriting projects.
  • Oversee music production in collaboration with artists and labels.
  • Provide creative direction and detailed song feedback.
  • Handle live rights and copyright management.

Qualifications

  • Over 2 years of A&R or related experience (no educational requirement).
  • Must include a portfolio showcasing past work.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong English communication ability.
  • Experience managing cross-border music pipelines.
  • Sharp ear for diverse genres and strong creative instincts.
  • Active and collaborative communicator.

Working Conditions

  • Location: B1, GCA Studio, 92 Seochodaero 46-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
  • Full-time position, five-day work week.
  • Salary negotiable based on experience and skill.
