Behind-the-scenes glimpses released by ELLE reveal a playful, collaborative atmosphere on set, with the girls sharing laughs and encouraging each other between takes. The magazine’s creative team praised IZNA for their professionalism and natural chemistry, noting that the group brought their own ideas to the styling and poses, making the shoot uniquely theirs.

Fans have been quick to express their excitement online. Comments on ELLE Japan’s official Instagram and Twitter accounts are filled with praise for the group’s visuals and the sophisticated concept. “IZNA never disappoints! Their style keeps evolving,” wrote one fan, while another commented, “This shoot shows a new side of them—so elegant and powerful!” Many international fans have also noted the group’s growing influence in the fashion world, with hashtags like #IZNAxELLE trending shortly after the pictorial’s release.

Izna is a seven-member multinational K-pop girl group under WakeOne Entertainment, formed through Mnet’s reality survival show I-Land 2: N/a, which aired from April 18 to July 4, 2024. The group is notable as the first non-temporary girl group from WakeOne and was produced in collaboration with renowned producer Teddy Park and his agency, The Black Label. The final lineup—Mai, Bang Jee-min, Yoon Ji-yoon, Koko, Ryu Sa-rang, Choi Jung-eun, and Jeong Sae-bi—was determined through a mix of viewer votes and producer selections during the live finale.

Several members had prior experience in the entertainment industry. For example, Bang Jee-min was a finalist on R U Next?, and Choi Jung-eun appeared on Cap-Teen. The group’s name, “Izna,” signifies “anytime, anywhere, anything,” reflecting their message of limitless confidence.

Izna debuted on November 25, 2024, with their first EP, N/a. Their pre-debut performance at KCON LA was canceled due to visa issues, but they made their stage debut at KCON Germany on September 28, 2024, and officially introduced themselves to a global audience at the 2024 MAMA Awards in Osaka

Following their debut, Izna quickly built momentum. On March 31, 2025, they released their first digital single, “Sign,” and won their first music show trophy on The Show with this track. Member Yoon Ji-yoon has been on hiatus due to health reasons since February 2025, so recent promotions have featured six members.

Izna’s next single album, “Beep,” was announced for release on June 9, 2025. The group has remained active on the live circuit, performing at KCON Japan 2025 and is scheduled to appear at KT POP 2025 later in June, as well as KCON LA 2025 and Summer Sonic in August.

Izna’s dedicated fanbase is called “naya,” meaning “it’s me” in Korean, symbolizing the close bond between the group and their supporters. As they continue to grow, Izna is poised to make a lasting impact on the K-pop scene with their multinational lineup, energetic performances, and confident message
