BOYNEXTDOOR is a South Korean boy band that debuted in 2023 under KOZ Entertainment, a subsidiary of HYBE Labels. The group consists of six members: Sungho, Riwoo, Jaehyun, Taesan, Leehan, and Woonhak.
Group History
BOYNEXTDOOR made their debut on May 30, 2023, with the single album “Who!” This release marked the beginning of their “First Love” trilogy. The album featured three tracks, all promoted as singles: “But I Like You,” “One and Only,” and “Serenade”.In September 2023, the group released their first extended play (EP) titled “Why..”
This EP marked their first appearance on the Billboard 200 chart, debuting at number 162. The lead single from this EP was “But Sometimes”. On November 1, 2023, the group announced their official fandom name, “OneDoor”. Later that month, they released a promotional single titled “Fadeaway” for the Naver webtoon “Garbage Time”.
BOYNEXTDOOR’s success continued into 2024 with the release of their second EP, “How?” on April 15. This EP completed their “First Love” trilogy and debuted at the top of the Circle Album Chart, marking their first number-one album. The single “Earth, Wind & Fire” was released alongside this EP.The group held their first fan meeting, “OneDoorful Day,” at the Olympic Hall in Seoul on June 1-2, 2024.
They also released a promotional single, “Lucky Charm,” for the JTBC television series “Miss Night and Day” on June 29, 2024.
BOYNEXTDOOR made their Japanese debut on July 10, 2024, with the maxi single “And,” which included Japanese versions of their past singles and a new Japanese-language song, “Good Day”.
