BTS (방탄소년단), also known as the Bangtan Boys, is a seven-member South Korean boy group formed by Big Hit Entertainment (now HYBE Labels). The group debuted on June 13, 2013, with their single album “2 Cool 4 Skool”.

Group History

BTS was initially conceptualized as a hip-hop group centered around RM, an underground rapper. However, the group’s direction shifted towards a more idol-focused approach. After years of training, BTS made their debut in 2013.Since their debut, BTS has risen to become one of the most successful and influential K-pop groups globally.
