Get ready, K-pop fans! A brand new boy band called Dear Alice is making waves with their exciting journey on the BBC’s reality series, Made in Korea: The K-Pop Experience. Premiering on August 17, this six-part series follows five talented British lads as they dive into the rigorous world of K-pop training in South Korea.
Who is Dear Alice? The group consists of five members:
Blaise Noon (19) from London, who has a background in musical theatre and dance. He’s excited about the high standards of K-pop training and is ready to showcase his skills.
Dexter Greenwood (22), also from London, has been performing since his teens. His bubbly personality and love for music make him a perfect fit for the group.
Olly Quinn (20) hails from Sunderland and brings years of experience in musical theatre. He’s eager to develop his singing and dancing skills in this new environment.
James Sharp (23) from Huddersfield is already a social media sensation with millions of followers. Joining Dear Alice is a thrilling next step for him.
Reese Carter (20) from Cirencester has a rich background in theatre and dance, having performed on cruise ships before pursuing his dream of being in a boy band.
Throughout the series, the boys will undergo a grueling 100-day training regimen at SM Entertainment, one of the biggest names in the K-pop industry. They’ll receive intensive coaching in choreography, vocal performance, and even life skills, all while experiencing the vibrant culture of Seoul.
