Girls group WOOAH will release a new album in June.
WOOAH’s new album comes two months after they released a digital single called “Blush” in April.

WOOAH will debut with their first single “Exclamation” on May 15, 2020. The girl group is known for the tracks ‘Catch the Stars’ (2022), ‘Rollercoaster’ (2022) and ‘Danger’. WOOAH members Nana and Wooyeon participated in Mnet’s girl group competition show “Queendom Puzzle” in 2023.
Nana joined her project girl group EL7Z UP after placing second on the show.

Who Are Woo!ah?
WOOAH (KR: 우아, JP: ウア), formerly known as Woo!ah!, is a five-member girl group from SSQ Entertainment. Originally a six-member group, they debuted on 15 May 2020 with the single album “Exclamation”.
On 20 March 2020, NV Entertainment announced the launch of their first girl group, revealing their debut name as woo!ah![1] On 24 April, the group’s first single album “Exclamation” was released on 13 May. However, the album’s release date was later changed to 15 May.
The group officially debuted on the 15th of May with the single album ‘Exclamation’.
On August 14th, NV announced that member Songyee was leaving the group after only three months for personal reasons.
On the 3rd of November it was announced that the group would be making their first comeback with a new album on the 24th of November. The next day a schedule for the group’s second single album “Qurious” was released.
On 25th December, through a Christmas VLIVE, the group revealed their fandom name Wow. The meaning of the name refers to the “exciting moments ‘Wows’ will spend with Woo!ah!”.
On the 7th of May, a teaser photo posted on the group’s social media announced their comeback with their third single album, “Wish”. “Wish” was released on the 27th of May, with “Purple” serving as the single’s title track.
On 12 November, woo!ah!, BAE173 and Ciipher released the collaboration single “Shining Bright”. The single served as the campaign song for the 2021 World K-POP Concert (K-Culture Festival), which was held at KINTEX in Ilsan, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi Province on November 13 and 14.

On the 11th of January 2024, it was announced by SSQ Entertainment that woo!ah! would be releasing a new album in the first half of the year. On the 21st of March it was announced that the group would be making their comeback in April. On the 27th of March it was confirmed that they would be returning on the 8th of April with the song “Blush” composed by Ryan Jhun. The group later announced the digital single “Blush”.
While promoting Blush, the group’s SNS accounts were rebranded from woo!ah! to WOOAH, hinting at their name change.
