EXO’s Suho will release his third solo EP, ‘1 to 3’, on 31 May, more than two years after the release of his second EP, ‘Grey Suit’.
The EP is set to contain seven songs, including two lead titles, “1 to3” and “Cheese”, the singer’s agency SM Entertainment said in a press release on Friday. Wendy from girl group Red Velvet will be featured on “Cheese”.
A teaser image and promotional schedule for “1 to 3” was uploaded to EXO’s social media pages at midnight Thursday.
According to the schedule, the drama soundtrack ‘Asrai, Closer’, which the singer sang for MBN’s romantic comedy period drama series ‘Missing Crown Prince’, will be released on Saturday. Suho is currently starring as the male lead in the series.
Suho debuted as a member of EXO and its subunit EXO-K in 2012, serving as both the leading and lead vocalist of both groups. He launched his solo career with his first EP, Self-Portrait (2020).
Suho has been active as a member of the boyband EXO. He has also been involved in acting during his solo music hiatus. He has had roles in JTBC’s romantic comedy series “Behind Your Touch” (2023) and the musical “Mozart!”, and plays a Joseon Dynasty crown prince in MBN’s “Missing Crown Prince”, a spin-off of “Bossam – Steal the Fate” (2021).
His first solo tour in Asia, called ‘Su:Home’, begins with two concerts in Seoul on 25th and 26th May. The singer will also perform in Manila, Hong Kong, Taipei, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur.
