**How it works:** – First 3 months: an unpaid internship where you’ll gain hands-on experience with real projects (we’ll supply all the tools you need). – Next 3 months: a paid internship with a fixed monthly rate (negotiable, based on your performance). – Smash your goals and show off your skills, and we’ll level you up to a flexible part-time contract — you choose when you work, we set fair monthly terms together.
**What you’ll do:** – Launch and manage our new social accounts on Facebook, Instagram, X, and Pinterest. – Turn our latest magazine features and articles into scroll-stopping posts. – Dream up small campaigns or fun competitions — we’ll sort the prizes (yes, real magazines and CV features!). – Track your SEO wins with Google Analytics and keep us in the loop with progress updates.
**Who you are:** – 18+ with a curious mind and a love for creative media. – You don’t need to be an expert — just confident, consistent, and able to manage your own flow without micro-management. – You know that energy, creativity, and data make magic when combined. After the initial 3 months, all work moves to Upwork contracts to keep everything professional. We may feature your profile image on our website as part of our editorial team — because, yes, credit where it’s due. We’ll be reviewing applications soon and making decisions early in the new year.
