Jay, Karam and Injun, formerly of boy band DGNA, will debut again as part of a new boy band next year under the newly founded agency New Ways Company, the company said Thursday.
New Ways Company (뉴웨이컴퍼니) was founded by CEO Park Kwang-won in 2023. Park, while vice president of agency Interpark Music Plus, oversaw the launches of girl group Laboum and boy band Trendz.
“Karam, Injun and Jay will be part of the company’s new boy band, along with other new members, which is set to launch early next year,” the agency said in a news release.

The three members appeared on JTBC’s survival audition show “Peak Time,” which aired early this year, as Team 23:00.
Karam, Injun and Jay debuted as members of DGNA in 2010, but the team has been inactive since 2017.
New Ways Company, a new agency, announced on December 21, “We recently signed an exclusive contract with Garam, Injun, and Jay.”
Garam, Injun, and Jay, who debuted as Dae Guk Nam Ah in 2010, recently appeared on JTBC’s audition program “Peak Time” as Team 23. They drew attention with their unique performances and emotional vocals.
A representative from New Ways Company said, “After making a new start with us, Garam, Injun, and Jay will form a new group with new members and make a comeback in the first half of next year.”
New Ways Company was founded by Park Kwang-won, a 25-year veteran manager. Mr. Park has been involved in the management and production of numerous artists, and has recently launched groups Lavum and Trendzee through Warner Music Korea as Vice President of Management at Interpark Music Plus.
