Boy band MCND will celebrate its four-year anniversary with fan club GEM at the “One day with GEM” meet and greet scheduled to take place in western Seoul on Tuesday.
“It feels so overwhelming that it’s been four years since MCND debuted — I can still remember how nervous I felt the day before our debut, our first stage and our day with GEM,” Castle J said in a press release.
“It feels just like yesterday when we got to perform our debut song ‘Ice Age’ on stage,” Minjae said. “I am just so happy that I got to fulfill my dream and continue down the same path. And all this was made possible thanks to you fans.”
MCND debuted in 2020 with the song “Ice Age” under TOP Media. Its name is an acronym for Music Creates New Dream. The band consists of five members: Castle J, Bic, Minjae, Huijun and Win.
The band released its latest EP “Odd-Venture” on Nov. 22 last year and kicked off a world tour of the same title in January.
Having debuted in the wake of Covid-19, Tuesday’s meet and greet is the first time for MCND to meet with Korean fans.
