Who Is Jennie?

Jennie (제니) is a South Korean singer, lyricist, rapper, model, designer and actress under ODD ATELIER. She is a member of the girl group BLACKPINK.
She made her solo debut on November 12, 2018 with the single album “Solo”.

2012–2013: Pre-debut

On April 12, 2012, a photo of Jennie was uploaded onto YG Entertainment’s official blog with the caption “Who’s that girl?”. On January 21, 2013, she was confirmed as a member of YG Entertainment’s newest girl group, alongside Jisoo.

2016: Debut with BLACKPINK

She was revealed as the first member of BLACKPINK on June 1, 2016. The group made their debut on August 8, 2016 with their first digital single album “Square One”.

2018: Solo debut

Jennie made her solo debut on November 12, 2018 with her first single album “Solo”.

2022: Acting debut
